Does it cost anything?
No. flōw is free, and so is signing up. Your 30 days of Premium end on their own and never turn into a paid subscription.
Is this a real account?
Yes. On launch day you don't sign up again. Open flōw, tap Log in, use the email and password you chose here, and the app takes you straight to setting up your profile.
Can I log in with Google or Apple instead?
Google works if it uses the same email address. With Apple, choose Share My Email, not Hide My Email, or Apple gives flōw a different address and you'd end up with a second account.
I forgot my password
Tap Forgot password on the app's Log in screen and we'll email you a reset link.
What do you do with my details?
Until you finish your profile, your account holds only your email, first name, date of birth, city and phone type, and nobody can see you in flōw. Your profile will show your age, never your date of birth. We never sell or share your details.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@meetonflow.com and we'll delete it and everything attached to it. After launch you can also do it yourself in Settings.
Can I sign up if I'm under 18?
No. We ask for your date of birth and refuse anyone under 18. Once saved, your date of birth can't be changed, and the app uses the same date.
