This Cookie Policy explains how Jeuring-Interactive LLC uses cookies, device storage and similar technologies in the Flow app and on www.meetonflow.com.
1. In the App
- Strictly necessary storage: your login session, security keys and the settings the App needs to work, kept in your device's secure storage where possible. These cannot be switched off.
- Preferences: your language, theme and display choices, and small caches of photos and voice messages you have already opened, so they load faster.
- Advertising identifiers: on the free plan, our advertising partners Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network may use your device's advertising identifier (Apple IDFA or Android Advertising ID) to show and measure ads. See Section 9 of our Privacy Policy.
We do not use analytics or tracking tools of our own.
2. On Our Website
Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We count visits without cookies and without storing your IP address, as described in Section 16 of our Privacy Policy. Our hosting provider may set technical cookies or log IP addresses briefly for security and to deliver the pages.
3. Your Choices
- On iOS, the App only uses your advertising identifier for personalised ads if you allow tracking in Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change this in your iPhone settings under Privacy & Security, Tracking.
- In the EEA and the UK, we ask for your consent to personalised ads through Google's consent form. You can change your choice at any time in Settings, Privacy preferences.
- On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
- Premium members see no ads.
- Deleting the App removes the data it stored on your device.
4. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
