This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Flow mobile application (the "App"), published by Jeuring-Interactive LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, filing number 2026-002076448, registered office 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("we", "us"). It applies together with our Terms of Service.
1. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you may use it only on Apple-branded products you own or control, as allowed by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
2. Restrictions
- You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except where the law allows it.
- You may not rent, lease, sell, sublicense or transfer the App or this licence.
- You may not use bots, scrapers or other automated tools with the App, or interfere with its security, verification or moderation features.
- You may not use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
3. Objectionable Content and Abusive Users
Flow has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You must follow our Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy. You can report content and block users in the App. We review reports and remove offending content and users, as described in our Moderation & Strike Policy.
4. Ownership
The App, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors. This EULA does not give you any ownership rights.
5. Updates
We may release updates. Some updates may be required to keep using the App.
6. Termination
This licence ends automatically if you break this EULA or the Terms of Service, or when your account is deleted. You must then stop using the App and delete it from your devices.
7. Apple and Google
- This EULA is between you and us only, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. We, not Apple or Google, are solely responsible for the App and its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Support questions go to support@meetonflow.com.
- If the App does not conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses caused by a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility, to the extent the law does not exclude them.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for any claims by you or a third party relating to the App or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
- If a third party claims that the App or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Once you accept it, Apple has the right to enforce it against you.
- If you downloaded the App from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
8. Disclaimer and Liability
The disclaimers and limitations of liability in our Terms of Service also apply to this EULA.
9. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by Dutch law, as set out in our Terms of Service. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
