Jeuring-Interactive LLC ("we", "our", "us") operates Flow (the "App") on iOS and Android, and the website www.meetonflow.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have.
1. Who We Are
Jeuring-Interactive LLC is the data controller for the personal data processed through the App. We are a Wyoming limited liability company, filing number 2026-002076448, registered office 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact for all privacy matters: legal@meetonflow.com.
2. Information You Give Us
- Account data: your email address and password, or the identifier and email address that Apple or Google shares with us when you sign in with them.
- Profile data: your name, date of birth and age, gender, the genders you want to meet, what you are looking for, photos, bio, city, and optional details such as height, body type, relationship status, education, occupation, smoking, drinking, sports, diet, hobbies and languages.
- Content: messages, photos and voice messages you send, stories, meet requests, date plans, answers to prompts, and star ratings you give after a date.
- Safety data: the emergency contact you choose to save, reports you file, and people you block or hide.
- Verification data: if you choose to verify, a scan of your ID document and a live selfie, processed by our verification partner (see Section 6).
- Support and legal requests you send us by email.
Some of this data can reveal your sexual orientation or other sensitive information. You choose what to add, and we use it only to provide the features you use.
3. Information We Collect Automatically
- Location: your approximate location when you use location features, and, if you switch on Live Location, your position in the background (see Section 5).
- Activity: which profiles you view, meet requests, matches, online status and last-seen time, and which features you use.
- Device data: device model, operating system, app version, language, push notification token and, for advertising, your device's advertising identifier (see Section 9).
- Error logs: technical error reports from the App, so we can fix problems.
Apart from the advertising described in Section 9, we do not use third-party analytics or tracking tools to study how you use the App.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the App: your account, profile, discovery, meet requests, chat, voice messages, First Impression video calls, stories, the Live Map, the date planner and notifications.
- To show you to other members and other members to you, using the preferences and filters you set (see our Matching Algorithm Disclosure).
- To keep Flow safe: age checks, automatic photo screening, reports, blocking, moderation, strikes and bans, and detecting fraud and scams.
- To run Premium, rewards and invitations, and to check your subscription status.
- To show ads to users on the free plan.
- To send you service messages, such as security notices and answers to your questions. We do not send marketing emails.
- To comply with the law and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
5. Location
- City and distance: when you set your city during sign-up or in your profile, we store it together with its coordinates. Other members can see your city (you can hide it). Your distance to other members is used to sort discovery and apply distance filters, but your exact position is never shown.
- Live Map: Live Location is a setting you control. When it is on, the App shares your position with us, also in the background, rounded to about 100 metres. Other members never see this position: your pin is always shown at a public place at least 500 metres away. You disappear from the map when you switch Live Location off, or automatically after 24 hours without opening the App.
- Dates and stories: the date planner uses your current location to suggest places nearby, and you can add your city to a story. If you tap the safety button on a planned date, the App opens WhatsApp or your text messages with the date's place and time, your match's first name and a map link to your current position, ready to send to your emergency contact. That message is sent by you, not by us.
- Address search: when you search for a city, your search text is sent to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service. Map images are loaded from OpenFreeMap. Both receive your IP address when they serve these requests.
6. Identity Verification
Identity verification is optional. It is carried out by our partner Didit, which scans your ID document and takes a short live selfie to confirm that you are a real person, that you match the document, and that you are 18 or older. Before it starts, we ask for your explicit consent to the processing of your biometric data.
Your document images and selfie are processed by Didit and are never stored on our servers. We receive only the result (approved or declined), a session reference, a one-way fingerprint (hash) of your document number so that one document can verify only one account, and whether the name, date of birth or gender did not match your profile. As soon as the decision is final, we instruct Didit to delete the document and biometric data from that session. We never sell, rent or share biometric data. See our Verification & Badge Policy.
7. Automated Tools and AI
- Photo screening: every photo you upload (profile photos, stories and photos in chat) is checked automatically before anyone else can see it, for content such as sexual content involving minors, nudity and graphic violence. This check is performed by Anthropic's Claude AI. Anthropic receives only the image, never your name or account details. Photos that fail are removed. A refused photo is kept for up to 30 days in storage that only our moderation team can reach, so that this decision can be reviewed. After that period the copy is deleted automatically. If the check cannot be completed, for example because the screening service is unavailable, the photo is not published and you are asked to try again; a chat photo that has already been sent is removed and kept in the same way as a refused photo.
- Chat safety warnings: the App checks messages on your own device for phone numbers and bank or payment details, and warns you before you send them. This check happens on your phone; it does not report your messages to us.
- Bio writer: if you ask the App to write your bio, the answers you give and some profile details (first name, age, what you are looking for, hobbies and occupation) are sent to Anthropic to generate a suggestion. You can edit or discard it.
- Age signals: where available, the App asks Apple or Google for the age range of the device user. If it shows that you are under 18, you are signed out. We use this signal once and never store it.
We do not use automated systems to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement, except for the photo check and the verification decision. You can ask for a human review of either by emailing support@meetonflow.com.
8. What Other Members See
- Your profile, photos, stories and the details you choose to show.
- Your online status and last-seen time, unless you hide your online status.
- That you viewed their profile: Premium members can see who viewed them in the last 7 days.
- Your average star rating from past dates, unless you hide it.
- Your verification badge, unless you hide it.
- If you create a share link to your profile, anyone with that link can open a web page at www.meetonflow.com showing your first name, age, first photo, a short part of your bio and your verification badge. You can revoke the link at any time.
Incognito mode (Premium) hides your profile from discovery feeds and the Live Map.
9. Advertising
Users on the free plan see ads served by Google AdMob, which can also serve ads from Meta Audience Network. These partners may use your device's advertising identifier and information about your device and ad interactions to show and measure ads. On iOS, ads are only personalised if you allow tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. In the European Economic Area and the UK, we ask for your consent through Google's consent form, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings under Privacy preferences. Premium members see no ads. We never share your profile, messages or precise location with advertisers.
10. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers that process data on our behalf: Webdock (server hosting in Denmark, where our database and files are stored), Didit (identity verification), Anthropic (photo screening and the bio writer), Cloudflare (relaying video call traffic; calls are encrypted end to end between the two phones and are never recorded), Expo, Apple and Google (delivering push notifications, which can contain a sender's name and a message preview), Resend (sending emails), RevenueCat, Apple and Google (subscriptions and purchases; we never receive your card details), Vercel (hosting our website and share-link pages), OpenStreetMap and OpenFreeMap (address search and maps).
- Sign-in providers: Apple and Google, if you choose to sign in with them.
- Advertising partners, as described in Section 9.
- Other members, as described in Section 8.
- Your emergency contact, only when you choose to send them your date details yourself.
- Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect someone's life or safety, including reporting sexual content involving minors.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or merged, under the protections of this Policy.
11. International Transfers
Our servers are located in the European Union (Denmark). Some service providers, such as Anthropic, Cloudflare, Expo, Resend, RevenueCat, Vercel, Apple and Google, may process data in the United States or other countries. For transfers out of the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we rely on adequacy decisions (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
12. Security
All traffic between the App and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Messages are stored on access-controlled servers but are not end-to-end encrypted: authorised staff can access them when needed to review a report, investigate abuse or answer a legal request. Screenshots and screen recordings are blocked in the App where the operating system allows it. See our Data Security Policy.
13. How Long We Keep Data
We keep your data while your account exists. Some data is deleted sooner: voice messages are deleted from our servers after their listen limit is reached or after 15 days, stories are shown for 24 hours, your data export file is deleted after 30 days, and verification images are deleted as soon as the decision is final. When you delete your account, your data is deleted or anonymised straight away, apart from the limited records described in our Data Retention Policy and Data Deletion & Portability Policy. Accounts that have not been used for 24 months are deleted. Photos refused by the photo check, and chat photos removed because the check could not be completed, are kept for up to 30 days so that the decision can be reviewed.
14. Your Rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, receive it in a portable format, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw your consent at any time, and ask for a human review of an automated decision. You can download your data with "Request my data" in Settings and delete your account with "Delete account". For anything else, email legal@meetonflow.com. We respond within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. See our GDPR / CCPA / PIPEDA Compliance page for rights under California and Canadian law.
15. Children
Flow is only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Accounts that belong to a minor are suspended and deleted.
16. Cookies and Device Storage
The App stores a small amount of data on your device, such as your login session and settings. Our website does not use tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
Music on our website: the example songs and their covers come from our own servers, so viewing a page sends nothing to Apple. Only when you search for a song or play a 30-second preview on the website does your browser connect directly to Apple (iTunes). Apple then receives your IP address and handles it under its own privacy policy.
Visitor statistics on our website: we count visits without cookies and without storing anything on your device. For each page view our server records the page, the website or app that sent you to us, your type of device (phone, tablet or computer), the language you chose on the site, and the country and city that our hosting provider derives from your IP address. Your IP address itself is not stored. Together with your browser type and a random code that is replaced every day, it is only used to count several page views on the same day as one visit, and to leave out visits from our own team. Individual page views are deleted after 30 days; after that only daily totals remain. We use these statistics, based on our legitimate interest, only to understand and improve our website.
17. Changes to This Policy
If we make important changes, we will tell you in the App and ask you to review the updated Policy before you continue.
18. Contact
