Child Safety Standards

Effective date: September 27, 2026

flōw is an adults-only dating and social app published by Jeuring-Interactive LLC ("we"). We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out how we prevent, detect and respond to CSAE, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable law.

1. Zero tolerance

flōw prohibits child sexual abuse material and any content, conduct or contact that sexualises, grooms, endangers or exploits a minor. An account that does this is permanently banned at once, the evidence is preserved, and we report it to the relevant authorities. This rule is part of our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy, and is enforced without exception.

2. Adults only

flōw is only for people aged 18 and over. Minors may not create an account or use the app. We enforce this with:

  • a date-of-birth check at sign-up that blocks anyone under 18;
  • age signals from Apple and Google on the device where available: a member who turns out to be under 18 is signed out;
  • optional identity verification with a government ID and a live selfie through our partner Didit, which also confirms the member is at least 18;
  • removal of any account that we find, or that is reported to us, to belong to someone under 18.

See our Age Restriction Policy and Age Verification Policy.

3. Prevention

Every photo uploaded to flōw, including profile photos, story images and photos sent in chat, is checked automatically before anyone else can see it. Photos that show sexual content involving minors, nudity or other prohibited content are rejected and removed. Automated checks work together with human review of every report.

4. Reporting in the app

Every member can report a profile, photo or conversation from inside the app, and block anyone. Reports about child safety are handled first. Anyone, including people without an account, can also report content to legal@meetonflow.com.

5. Response and reporting to authorities

When we find confirmed or suspected CSAM or CSAE, we remove the content, preserve the evidence, permanently ban the account, and report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the competent national authorities, as the law requires. We cooperate with law enforcement in line with applicable legal process.

6. Legal compliance

flōw complies with the child-safety laws that apply where it operates, including the duty to report child sexual abuse material. We review these standards as the app and the law change.

7. Child-safety contact

Our designated contact for questions about our CSAM prevention practices and compliance, from members, authorities or platform partners, is legal@meetonflow.com.
