Jeuring-Interactive LLC uses technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data processed through Flow.
1. Where Your Data Is Stored
Our database and uploaded files are stored on servers we manage at our hosting provider Webdock, in a data centre in Denmark (European Union). Access to the servers is limited to authorised administrators using key-based login.
2. Protection in Transit and on Your Device
- All traffic between the App and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
- First Impression video calls are encrypted end to end between the two phones. When a relay server is needed, it forwards the encrypted stream without being able to read it. Calls are never recorded.
- Your login session is stored in your phone's secure storage (iOS Keychain or Android Keystore).
- You can sign in with Face ID or your fingerprint. This check happens on your phone; we never receive your biometric data.
- Screenshots and screen recordings are blocked in the App where the operating system allows it, and on iOS the App's content is hidden in the app switcher.
3. Messages and Media
Messages and media are stored on access-controlled servers. They are not end-to-end encrypted: authorised staff can access them only when needed to review a report, investigate abuse or answer a legal request. Photos and voice messages sent in chat are served through short-lived private links. Voice messages are deleted from our servers after their listen limit is reached or after 15 days.
4. Access Control
Database rules make sure members can only read and change what they are allowed to. Access to production data is limited to authorised staff who need it for their work. Service keys never leave our servers.
5. Testing and Improvement
We review the security of the App and our servers regularly and fix issues based on their risk.
6. Incidents
If a data breach puts your personal data at risk, we will inform the competent supervisory authority within 72 hours where the law requires it, and inform you without undue delay if the risk to you is high.
7. Your Part
Use a strong, unique password or sign in with Apple or Google, keep your phone and the App updated, lock your phone, and never share login links or codes that we email you.
8. Reporting a Vulnerability
If you find a security problem, please email legal@meetonflow.com. Please do not access other people's data while testing.
