Jeuring-Interactive LLC ("we", "our", "us") is committed to making flōw (the "App") and www.meetonflow.com (the "Website") usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
1. Our Commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, for the Website, and to follow equivalent accessibility best practices for the App on iOS and Android. This is an ongoing effort, not a one-time certification. We review and improve accessibility on a rolling basis as the App and Website evolve.
2. Measures We Take
- The App is built with React Native and uses each platform's native accessibility APIs, so screen readers (VoiceOver on iOS, TalkBack on Android) can announce interactive elements, and system-level features such as Dynamic Type / font scaling and Bold Text are respected wherever the platform allows it.
- We design with sufficient color contrast and avoid relying on color alone to convey information.
- Interactive elements (buttons, links, form fields) are given descriptive labels for assistive technology.
- The Website is built to support keyboard navigation and screen readers.
- New features go through internal review for basic accessibility (labeling, contrast, touch target size) before release.
3. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the App or Website may not yet be fully accessible. Known gaps can include: some user-generated content (e.g. photos, videos, voice messages) that has no text alternative by nature; some newer or experimental features that have not yet received a full accessibility pass; and third-party embedded content (e.g. payment or identity-verification flows) that we do not fully control. We are actively working to reduce these gaps over time.

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days, and to acknowledge concrete, actionable barriers with a plan or timeline where possible.
5. Technical Specifications
Accessibility of flōw relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your device: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Website); native iOS (UIKit accessibility / VoiceOver) and Android (TalkBack) accessibility APIs (App). These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.
6. Assessment Approach
Jeuring-Interactive LLC assessed the accessibility of flōw through self-evaluation against WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria. This statement will be reviewed and updated at least once a year, and whenever a significant redesign takes place.
