Flow is strictly for individuals aged 18 and older. This restriction protects our community and reflects the nature of the App's content and social features.
1. The Rule
You must be at least 18 years old to create or maintain an account. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. How We Enforce It
- A mandatory date-of-birth check at sign-up: accounts cannot be created for anyone under 18, and the date of birth cannot be changed later in the App.
- Where available, the age signals that Apple and Google provide at device level. If they indicate a user is under 18, the user is signed out.
- Optional identity verification with a government-issued ID document and a live selfie, which also confirms age (see our Age Verification Policy and Verification & Badge Policy).
- Reports from other users, which our team reviews.
3. Enforcement
Accounts found or reported to belong to a user under 18 are suspended immediately pending review and deleted if confirmed, together with associated data, in line with our Data Retention Policy.
4. Store Rating
Consistent with this restriction, Flow is rated 18+ on the Apple App Store and Google Play as applicable.
