This Disclosure explains which profiles Flow shows you, in what order, and what you can change.
1. Who You Can See
A profile is only shown to you when:
- You and the other member are both looking for each other's gender.
- Neither of you has blocked the other.
- The other account is not suspended, banned, deleted or in incognito mode.
- The profile matches the filters you have set, such as age range, distance, intentions, languages, hobbies and verified profiles only.
2. In What Order
- Discover: profiles closest to you come first, based on the location you set or share. Members with an active boost, won on the prize wheel, earned by inviting friends or included with Premium (one per month), are shown first while the boost lasts.
- New: profiles created in the last 24 hours, with verified profiles that have photos first, then the newest first.
- Live Map: members who have switched on Live Location and opened the App in the last 24 hours, shown at an approximate public place near them.
3. What We Do Not Do
- We do not use AI to rank people or to predict who you will like.
- We do not rank people by looks, popularity, race, religion or other personal characteristics.
- We do not create fake profiles or use bots that pretend to be members.
- Paying for Premium does not move your profile higher in anyone's feed.
4. Premium
Premium unlocks extra features, such as more filters, the Live Map, unlimited intentions, seeing who viewed you and incognito mode. Free members can change their intention once every 30 days. Premium does not change how safety, verification or moderation rules apply.
5. Your Control
You can change your filters and preferences at any time, hide profiles you do not want to see, and block or report anyone.
