Our community is built on respect, safety and authenticity. These Guidelines apply to every profile, photo, message, voice message, call, story, rating and meeting on Flow. Violations are handled under our Moderation & Strike Policy.
1. Be Respectful
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected characteristic.
- Respect boundaries. If someone does not reply, declines a meet request or blocks you, leave them alone.
- No spam or repeated unwanted contact.
2. Be Authentic
- Use your own name and real, recent photos of yourself.
- No fake, duplicate or impersonation profiles.
- Do not misrepresent your age, identity or intentions.
3. Keep Content Appropriate
- No nudity or sexually explicit content anywhere on Flow, including private chats, calls and stories.
- No graphic violence, illegal content or content that endangers others.
- Do not share other people's photos, messages, voice messages or personal details without their consent.
4. Use Features Fairly
- Ratings: rate a date honestly, based on your own experience. Never use ratings to threaten, pressure or take revenge on someone.
- Live Map: never use the map to find, follow or turn up unannounced near someone.
- Calls: never record a First Impression call or show it to others.
- Rewards and invitations: do not create extra accounts or invite yourself to earn rewards.
5. Stay Safe
- Never send money, gift cards or cryptocurrency to someone you meet on Flow, and never ask for them.
- Meet in public places and tell someone you trust about your plans.
- Report suspicious accounts using the in-app report tools.
6. Reporting and Enforcement
All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. False or malicious reports may lead to action against the reporter. Violations may lead to content removal, warnings, strikes, suspension or a permanent ban under our Moderation & Strike Policy.
