Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: September 27, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy lists what is not allowed on Flow, in addition to our Community Guidelines. Violations may lead to content removal, warnings, strikes, suspension or a permanent ban under our Moderation & Strike Policy.

1. Prohibited Content

  • Any content that sexualises minors. This leads to an immediate permanent ban and a report to the authorities.
  • Nudity or sexually explicit content.
  • Hate speech, threats, incitement to violence, or content that demeans a protected group.
  • Content that promotes self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.
  • Illegal goods or services, such as drugs, weapons or counterfeit items.
  • Malware, phishing links or anything designed to harm another member's device or account.
  • Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.

2. Prohibited Conduct

  • Fake, duplicate or bot accounts, or impersonating another person or organisation.
  • Harassment, stalking, doxxing, or contacting someone again after they asked you to stop or blocked you.
  • Asking for money, gifts, cryptocurrency, investments or financial information (romance scams).
  • Selling, advertising or promoting anything, including escort or sexual services.
  • Recording, screenshotting or sharing other members' calls, voice messages, photos or messages without their consent.
  • Using the Live Map or any other feature to track or follow someone.
  • Using the bio writer or other tools to create content that breaks these rules.
  • Scraping, copying or collecting data about other members, or using bots or automated tools.
  • Getting around verification, blocks, bans, reports or other safety features.
  • Abusing rewards or invitations, for example with fake accounts.
  • Using Flow after a ban, or helping a banned person use it.

3. Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or permanently ban accounts that break this Policy, and report illegal conduct to the authorities.

4. Reporting Violations

Use the report button in the App, or email support@meetonflow.com. Illegal content can also be reported to legal@meetonflow.com by anyone, with or without an account.
