App Store Guidelines Compliance

Effective Date: July 3, 2026

Flow is designed to meet the requirements of the Apple App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Developer Program Policies applicable to social/dating apps.

1. Age Rating and Restricted Content

The App carries an 18+ (Apple) / Mature (Google Play) rating, reflecting our user-generated content and dating/social-connection features. See our Age Restriction Policy and Age Verification Policy.

2. User-Generated Content (Apple Guideline 1.2 / Google UGC Policy)

A mechanism to report objectionable content and abusive users (in-app report system).

A mechanism to block abusive users.

Published Community Guidelines and an Acceptable Use Policy, with a strike-based enforcement process.

A way to contact us directly, and human review of reports (see our Moderation & Strike Policy).

3. Safety and Uniqueness (Apple Guideline 4.3b)

Flow offers a distinct, dating/social-connection-specific feature set (verification, meet requests, live map, date planning, pick-a-card rewards) that is not a template clone of an existing app.

4. Account Deletion (Apple Guideline 5.1.1(v))

Users can permanently delete their account from within the App, without needing to contact support, as described in our Data Deletion & Portability Policy.

5. Sign in with Apple

Where the App offers third-party login options, an equivalent “Sign in with Apple” option is offered on iOS, consistent with Apple Guideline 4.8.

6. Subscriptions (Apple Guideline 3.1.2 / Google Play Billing Policy)

Clear disclosure of subscription length, price, and auto-renewal terms before purchase.

Purchases processed exclusively through Apple/Google in-app purchase systems.

An easy path to manage or cancel a subscription (see our Cancellation & Refund Policy).

7. Privacy

A published Privacy Policy accessible in-app and via the app store listing, an accurate Google Play Data Safety section / Apple Privacy Nutrition Label reflecting the data types described in our Privacy Policy, and no sale of personal data.
