Flow-Entertainment respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement, including under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent EU/national copyright law.

1. Filing a Notice

If you believe content on Flow infringes your copyright, send a written notice to copyright@flow-entertainment.com including:

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the reported material and notify the user who posted it. Repeat infringers are subject to account suspension or termination under our Moderation & Strike Policy.

3. Counter-Notice

A user whose content was removed may submit a counter-notice to copyright@flow-entertainment.com contesting the takedown, containing the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We may restore the content after the statutory waiting period unless the original complainant files a court action.

4. Repeat Infringers

We terminate the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
