Age Restriction Policy (18+)

Effective Date: July 3, 2026

Flow is strictly for individuals aged 18 and older. This restriction protects our community and reflects the nature of the App's content and social features.

1. The Rule

You must be at least 18 years old to create or maintain an account. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. How We Enforce It

• A mandatory age-gate confirmation at sign-up.

• Phone number verification by SMS code.

• A live selfie/liveness check performed by our identity-verification partner (see our Age Verification Policy and Verification & Badge Policy for detail).

• On supported iOS devices, use of Apple's declared age range capability where available.

3. Enforcement

Accounts found or reported to belong to a user under 18 are suspended immediately pending review and deleted if confirmed, together with associated data, in line with our Data Retention Policy.

4. Store Rating

Consistent with this restriction, Flow is rated 17+/18+ on the Apple App Store and Google Play as applicable.
