Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 3, 2026

Welcome to Flow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Flow-Entertainment (a sole proprietorship of Frank Jeuring, registered office Loperstraat 147, 7891 JS Klazienaveen, the Netherlands, KvK 91360811, VAT NL004885355B38). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

• We require a government-issued ID document scan and a live selfie/liveness check before you can use core features.

• You must not be barred from using the App under the laws of your jurisdiction or a previous violation of these Terms.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date.

• One account per person; impersonation and fake profiles are prohibited.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features are described in our In-App Purchase Terms and Billing Terms. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and, for entitlement management, RevenueCat; we never receive your full payment card details.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of the content you post, and grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, and display it within the App as necessary to operate the service.

• You are solely responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the rights to share it.

• Content must comply with our Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Safety, Verification and Moderation

We use identity verification and a moderation/strike system to support a safer environment, described in our Verification & Badge Policy and Moderation & Strike Policy. We do not guarantee the identity, intentions, or conduct of any user, and you use the App and meet other users at your own risk — see our Safety Tips.

6. Meet Requests and Matching

Our meet-request system uses your preferences, activity, and (if enabled) location to suggest connections. See our Matching Algorithm Disclosure for how this works. We do not manipulate matching results to increase engagement, and we do not create fake profiles to populate the App.

7. Prohibited Conduct

See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list of prohibited conduct, including harassment, hate speech, solicitation, spam, and circumventing safety features.

8. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from the App's settings.

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, our other policies, or applicable law, in line with our Moderation & Strike Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that you will find a match, meeting, or any particular outcome from using the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flow-Entertainment is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase without giving a reason. Because premium features are available for use immediately, purchasing a subscription and beginning to use its features constitutes your express request for immediate performance and your acknowledgment that you lose the right of withdrawal once the paid content is accessed, as permitted under EU consumer law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app, and you will be asked to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the App.
