Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: July 3, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out conduct that is prohibited on Flow, in addition to our Community Guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, warnings, suspension, or a permanent ban under our Moderation & Strike Policy.

1. Prohibited Content

• Sexually explicit content, nudity, or content sexualising minors in any form — the latter results in an immediate permanent ban and a report to the relevant authorities.

• Hate speech, threats, incitement to violence, or content demeaning a protected group.

• Content promoting self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.

• Illegal goods or services, including drugs, weapons, or counterfeit items.

• Malware, phishing links, or content designed to compromise another user's device or account.

2. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating fake, duplicate, or bot accounts, or impersonating another person or entity.

• Harassment, stalking, doxxing, or unwanted repeated contact after a user has asked you to stop.

• Soliciting money, gifts, cryptocurrency, or financial information from other users (romance-scam behaviour).

• Commercial solicitation, spam, or advertising unrelated to genuine connection.

• Circumventing verification, blocking, reporting, or safety features, or scraping profile data.

• Using the App if you have been previously banned, or to facilitate access for a banned user.

3. Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate this Policy, and may report unlawful conduct to law enforcement.
