Data Deletion & Portability
Effective Date: July 3, 2026
Flow supports your right to control your personal data.
1. Deleting Your Account
You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account, or by contacting privacy@flow-entertainment.com. Deletion removes your profile, photos, messages, and preferences from active systems.
2. Requesting a Copy of Your Data
You can request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (e.g. JSON) by contacting privacy@flow-entertainment.com.
3. Withdrawing Consent
You can withdraw consent for any consent-based processing (e.g. location sharing, marketing, analytics) at any time in Settings > Privacy, without needing to delete your account.
4. Timeline
We aim to complete verified deletion and access/portability requests within 30 days. We may retain limited data beyond this period where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or safety-enforcement purposes, as described in our Data Retention Policy.
5. Verification of Requests
To protect your account, we may need to verify your identity before actioning a deletion, access, or portability request.
