End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: July 3, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Flow mobile application (the "App"), published by Flow-Entertainment (a sole proprietorship of Frank Jeuring, registered office Loperstraat 147, 7891 JS Klazienaveen, the Netherlands, KvK 91360811, VAT NL004885355B38).

1. Licence Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and our Terms of Service, Flow-Entertainment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

You may not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App.

You may not use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

You may not rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or transfer your rights under this EULA.

You may not circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the App, including verification and moderation systems.

3. Ownership

The App, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Flow-Entertainment or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights.

4. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services (including Apple, Google, Supabase, and our payment and verification partners) that are subject to their own terms.

5. Updates

We may release updates to the App from time to time, which may be required to continue using the service.

6. Termination

This licence terminates automatically if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices.

7. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Netherlands, consistent with the governing law provision in our Terms of Service.
