These Billing Terms apply to all paid features and subscriptions purchased within Flow.
Prices are displayed in your local currency by the Apple App Store or Google Play, inclusive of any VAT/sales tax required in your country of residence. Prices may vary by region and are set at the discretion of the App stores' localisation.
All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play using the payment method on file with your Apple ID or Google account. We use RevenueCat solely to manage and verify subscription entitlements; Flow-Entertainment never receives or stores your full card number.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal, and your account will be charged for renewal within that period.
If a renewal payment fails, the App store will typically retry the charge; if payment continues to fail, your Premium access will end and your account will revert to the Free plan.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance in accordance with the applicable App store's requirements before any price increase takes effect on their next renewal.
