Moderation & Strike Policy

Effective Date: July 3, 2026

To keep Flow safe, we maintain a strike system proportionate to the severity of a violation of our Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Strike Levels

• Minor violations (e.g. inappropriate language): 1 strike and a warning.

• Medium violations (e.g. suggestive content, minor harassment): 2 strikes and a 7-day suspension.

• Major violations (e.g. impersonation, hate speech, threats, sexualisation of minors, scams): immediate suspension or permanent ban, and a report to law enforcement where required.

2. Review Process

All reports are manually reviewed by our moderation team before action is taken. Automated detection may flag content for priority review but does not issue permanent bans without human review, except for content depicting child sexual abuse, which is removed immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.

3. False Reports

Reports made in bad faith or to harass another user may themselves result in a strike against the reporter.

4. Notice and Appeals

Users are notified of moderation action via the App or email, with a general reason for the action. You may appeal a decision within 14 days by contacting safety@flow-entertainment.com.

5. Effect on Purchases

Suspension or termination for a violation does not entitle you to a refund of any active subscription.
