Welcome to flōw. By using our mobile application, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
- We request ID, passport or driver's licence verification to confirm your age and identity.
2. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Keep your login credentials and/or biometrical data confidential.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Free membership
Basic app access with limited meet requests.
Premium membership
€5.99/week or €24.99/month. Includes unlimited meet requests, premium privacy/safety/location settings, and full app access.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal.
- Payments processed via Apple App Store or Google Play.
- No refunds except where legally required.
4. User Content
- You are solely responsible for content you post.
- No nudity outside private chats, hate speech, threats, or impersonation.
- We reserve the right to remove content or ban users who violate our policies.
5. Verification & Safety
- Optional ID/passport/driver's licence verification is available to confirm profile authenticity and age; it is never required to use the app.
- Our moderation team reviews reports manually.
6. Meet Requests & Algorithm
- Our meet request system uses preferences and location data to generate connections.
- We do not manipulate results to increase engagement, nor do we create fake profiles.
7. Licence & Use
- You grant flōw a non-exclusive licence to use your content for display within the app.
8. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
- You may terminate your account at any time through the app.
9. Disclaimers
- We do not guarantee meet requests or successful outcomes.
- Use the app at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in The Netherlands.
- You waive any right to participate in class actions.
12. Modifications
- We may update these terms. Continued use indicates acceptance. Users will be notified in-app of changes.
